Caio Bella in Niceville

Lets be honest, little honey Loves Ciao Bella so that's that and we've been in enough times deserving to bump up and rewrite the review. And while there's been a few not so good experiences here early on long ago, these last many, many times we've been in have all been really, really good and safe to say hospitality's been really, really Niceville.You can expect small misgivings and the food's not going to be spectacular, spectacular but we've enjoyed everything thoroughly in a casual sort of way. I know that's not going to make sense to everybody, but it's like going to eat at your sister's house. Comfortable and good enough to overlook the short comings. I like that there's never really been a wait, we always seem get a good table, and parking's easy ...but that's largely due to timing; I see they get busy driving by. Sort of late to the plate, but when someone gives you a prescription for happiness, you fill it.

Cardboard crust, bland flavor and small portions. Also don't trust their time quotes for takeout! I was quoted 15-20 minutes for one appetizer and pizza. It wasn't ready until 50 minutes later! No sense of urgency either as I just stood there. And $9 for this bruschetta! WTF!

Decided to eat to go dinner from here for my 29th birthday while I was in town for a vacation with my wife and son. I had spaghetti and meatballs and she had a seven inch specialty pizza. Both were great. Delicious, fast service with a smile from some friendly faces in a cute Italian restaurant. Would come back for sure.

Monday's ... Bella Blue Bar Open Mic is a Blast! New Talent always coming in and this ain't your Grandma's suitors!! The owner, Gary, is a lead guitar treat. The food is phenomenal, I personally recommend the Deep Dish #10 ...OGL! And your hostess; Christina, is the Hostess woth the Mostest!! I'm a costumer and participant, come join us on Monday Nights ... I double dog dare ya!! 😍

Love the chicken parmigiana and the price is great

Had a call in order, went to pay and they had to run the debit card several times. Finally told me card was declined. I knew that wasn’t possible since I had just used it. Have been there many times and several times they have had computer issues. Instead of telling me this they rudely said my card was declined. Walked across the street to the ATM and had no problem getting cash. Went back to pay and told them I did not have a problem with the card at the ATM and the young man behind the counter whispered to his counterpart that I was being rude. I am a local that lives around the corner and have a lot of local friends that go here and they will all here about the horrible service I recieved tonight.

My family and I drove 15 hours and decided to order a pizza when we got in. We haven’t ate all day and it was 8:00PM. We have a one year old and two year old so they were grumpy and hungry. When we got to our rental and opened our food it was the wrong pizza. I never complain, but as I said we were all hungry and grumpy, so I called and about our wrong pizza. They went rude at all, they were kind and Gary made it right. The pizza was delicious and the wings were also good! We liked the food so much we ordered pasta the same week!

Great service and awesome food. I especially love the local customer's that don't mind my 11 month old yelling from time to time also!

Dishes were VERY dirty. There was hair in my food, guessing it was from a waitress. Food wasn’t too bad but I don’t enjoy coughing up hair balls like my pet cat. The workers didn’t even wear masks like I would’ve hoped them to.

Stick with the sandwiches and pizza. Pasta dishes leave something to be desired. I thought the 3 chicken strip chicken parmigiana was a little over priced for what it was and how it tasted . I will say it looked amazing when it was brought to the table. Disappointment did not set in until I cut in.

Pizza was really good. Was surprised that no bread came with the table or with the pastas we ordered. Bread and oil are extra.

I love their food. Everything on the menu is great. And conveniently located in the neighborhood.

This was an unbelievably pleasant surprise on our way out of the state. I enjoyed perfectly cooked gnocchi for the first time in far to long in a wonderful pesto cream. My wife was very pleased with her ravioli, and the kids split a pizza which disappeared with more gusto than we are used to. My only regret is being unable to try more of the menu due to geographical logistics.

It's a quaint little place to have a romantic dinner or family time , they do serve wine and have delicious authentic Italian food. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also very inexpensive for the generous portions.

I really enjoyed my margherita pizza, my company had eaten all of their pasta, after devouring, some bruschetta , and washing it all down with an italian Peroni, I would say it was a great dinner for all. The price was the best part, for three people, I was expecting over a hundred dollar bill tab. I was surprised to find out, it had came in at only sixty dollars, so I was able to pass some of the savings on to our server, maybe the anti-depressants, or work load, made him less enthused with his big tip. Oh make sure to check for pits in your olives, almost cracked a tooth on my salad.

Nice, friendly, local place. The food is good! Low key. Happy hour specials.

Great food and service. And a nice quiet atmosphere. The only thing that I would like to be better. Is the expresso coffee. It just didn't have the taste that you would expect.

Always great pizza! The bar is retro and fun with a heavy pour. Kind of place where everyone knows your name. The service is good or bad depending on your server.

Food was spot on and Hailey's service was great.

Pizza is good. Some entrees better than others. Service was very good especially with a baby and three kids.

My go to place for Italian food. I always get a pasta dish and never disappointed! Highly recommended.

Predictably good good time and good food. We have our favorite dishes but it's also nice to try new items on the menu.

Best pizza in Florida 😊 Warm, friendly service as well. Ask for their special garlic pizza/ calzone (it is not on the menu). It is delicious!

Fantastic Italian! Great stuff for the whole family. The bar is excellent as well.

#75 ... Look at description of menu item , then look at orange pasta ... can you find the sausage and mushrooms ? One tablespoon could hold all meat and mushrooms that I dug for. Cheeze ? Very expensive just for pasta. Wifes much better as you can see. $32 plus $5 tip. Bread with olive oil dip is extra. We may return to try pizza, I'm not sure.

Hidden gem. We were camping close by and just didn't feel like cooking. All of our meals were wonderful. Service excellent, kid friend. Reasonable prices!

Excellent Food Server could of been better❤

My shrimp salad only had 2 shrimp, cheese pizza was a “meat lovers” pizza, and my sautéed calamari was fried. Manager refused to fix the 3 dishes made wrong, only because I ordered through a delivery service. The order was submitted accurately and it was clearly the restaurant who made it wrong.

As you can see from the pictures don't waste $5.50 for a hollow cannoli. I called and they told me to wait for the manager waited on hold then was asked for my number and that the manager will call me back still waiting wow

The decor is an acquired taste. However, I personally find it enjoyable. The service is friendly and prompt. The food lacks love. Most patrons may find the food above average. I found it to be sub par, passable in taste complexity. Overall, I enjoy coming here but please don't expect complex flavor in the foods.

Good food made to order

My husband and I came here for lunch and both got the ribeye sandwiches, mine with mozzarella cheese! We called in the order and the young man who waited on us didn't ask how we wanted our steak so they were cooked well done which isn't our preference but the whole steak that is on your sandwich with awesome juices and flavor made up for that mistake. My piece of meat was grissly compared to my husbands which was disappointing but the ripe tomatoes that actually had the taste of a tomatoes and the auju sauce with their homemade chips made it overall an awesome meal for the price with plenty of leftovers to enjoy later!

The crust to the pizza was good. I was expecting a more traditional margarita than I got. If I am here again I will try another pizza. Service was good and drinks weren't empty.

What is this place ? Not for food. We were very disappointed. Wheres the meat ? Just pasta covered in orange.

Slowwwww service. Calamari had zero flavor.

Good pizza, probably for us to have visited with 7 kids like we did. The calamari and cheese stick appetizers were, fast, crisp and tasty. The pizza was on a thin crisp crust, more authentic than you usually get in the states. Particularly, the Blanc pizzas with no tomato sauce was very good. Everything considered, I would like to try it again with just the missus, and explore the menu more.
